How to apply

From application to first ride.

  1. Apply in the app

    Download Zeri Driver and enter your name, CID, mobile number, email, vehicle and PD licence, with a photo of the licence.

  2. Get approved

    The Zentra team reviews every application. The app shows its status while you wait.

  3. Create your PIN and go online

    Once approved, set a 4-digit PIN to sign in, go online, and start taking rides.

Aged 21 or older, with a professional (PD) driving licence.

CID and mobile

Your 11-digit CID and a Bhutanese mobile number starting with 17 or 77.

Your vehicle

The make, model and details of the car you'll drive.

How do I become a taxi driver on Zeri?

What do I need to drive with Zeri?

You need to be 21 or older, hold a professional (PD) driving licence, and have an 11-digit CID, a Bhutanese mobile number starting with 17 or 77, and a vehicle.

How do Zeri drivers get paid?

Your earnings build up in the Zeri Driver app. Save your bank account in the app and request a withdrawal. Each trip receipt shows the fare, Zentra's service fee, tax and your earnings.

Do I choose which rides to take?

Yes. Each offer shows your earnings and the pickup, and you decide whether to accept it.
